Refining

Our customers give us tasks which go way beyond the manufacturing of simple components. We have the ability to carry out diverse finishing processes for you. We fulfil the demand for defined connection dimensions by means of a milling technique, amongst other things. We use welding operations in bonding procedures, by means of a heating element or ultrasound. We also assemble and complete products for assemblies and shipping units.

Further processing

We undertake any necessary follow-up blow moulding work by cutting in the mould or subsequent stamping. We have semi-automated modern cutting units to hand, and for larger series we use fully-automated robot technology.

Pad

Of course we can also enhance the appearance of your products, for example with the help of pad.
